Food always smells so wonderful. Scoops can be a little small, depending on who is working but my husband loves this one. Just this location.
Great Chinese food, some of my favorite in Spokane. Great prices and will deliver anywhere in Spokane. Dine in has very little seating and was a little cold, but it was also 15 degrees today. House special egg foo young is my favorite thing to get, made fresh, not microwaved like I've had most everywhere else. They have a decent dim sum menu as well. The space is newly remodeled and they have added boba tea and Poke bowls, but are not on the printed menu.
I am editing my review after receiving quality customer service. I had an issue that was the fault of a 3rd party company (Uber Eats Delivery). I reached out to Hong Kong Express outside of their business hours, and they refunded my order and made it right. Their food is excellent, portions are hearty, and the service is prompt and efficient.

Amazing food, best place in town for good dim sum at a good value. We've ordered to go a few times and have always been impressed by the amount of food and the tasty and unique options.
Poke bowl was amazing. Salmon tasted pretty fresh and boba drinks were great too. We did the dim sum as well but the Poke was much better
Fresh, hot and delicious. Portions were large and individual elements of the meal were packaged separately for transporting wile keeping the quality.
I've been looking everywhere for a restaurant in Spokane that serves chicken feet! They had a separate printout menu with lots of dim sum items like chicken feet & other tasty options. Hopefully they get incorporated into the permanent menu Everything tasted fresh and exceeded our expectations.
